Welcome to KS Training a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering quality programs in business, management, customer service and personal development since 2006.
Our aim is to help you achieve your goals by developing the skills and confidence you need to succeed. We offer a wide range of programs that can be delivered in the workplace, on-site or at one of our campus locations.
Our Six Core Values
We help our students thrive. Unlike almost all other training organisations, KS Training doesn’t believe your education finishes when you have received your qualification. We encourage our students to develop and commit to a lifelong learning plan, that adds value not just to themselves, but also to the people they come into contact with. To encourage this we offer ongoing training and support after students have completed their training to help them succeed and achieve their goals.
We share the glory and shoulder the blame. We give people credit when it is due to them we all shoulder the blame and work together to solve problems whether they are related to us or not.
We talk the talk and walk the walk. We set daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals tied to improving our student’s training experience and success rate.
KS Training believes making excuses is self-serving, taking action is customer service. Our communication allows for disagreement, honest feedback, and transparency in outcomes.
We care about our students, we want to help them succeed in their lives and their chosen career. We ask for the students for feedback so we can continually improve on our training to them. We serve our students by offering ongoing support after the “official” training has finished.
Our goal is to constantly improve our student and client experience and we encourage, welcome and act on feedback both good and bad.
